TBAAG word-chimp Matthew C. Vaughan has been bothering more Hollywood script readers, with his screenplay Get Black. In order to get him to go away quietly, the people at StoryPros International Screenplay Competition have placed him in the quarterfinals of their 2010 awards.
Matthew was clearly not content with Get Black securing Screen Australia development funding, an Inside Film Award nomination and reaching the finals of the Page International Screenwriting Awards.
No, he had to have more, greedy sod.
But seriously, a heartfelt “good luck for the finals” from the rest of the TBAAG writing team, who are not at all jealous of your vast and clever brain. Not at all.
*Matthew has progressed to the semi-finals. Did I mention that I’m not jealous? Well I’m not.
*Get Black made it to the top ten in the comedy catergory. Big ups to Matthew. The bastard.
