Our new screenplay, They Should Be Dead, has made the quarterfinals of The Academy's Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, placing it in the top 5% of entries. They Should Be Dead is an action-comedy with supernatural elements. Fingers crossed for the upcoming Nicholl round!
We're thrilled that our comedy pilot script My Fist Your Face has been announced as one of eight scripts on the 2017 Aussie List, as part of Australians in Film's Gateway LA program.
My Fist is a project we've been developing for a couple of years, first born out of the ABC Fresh Blood comedy initiative. The script then went on to be a finalist in the 2015 Script Pipeline screenwriting contest and a Screencraft Pilot Launch quarterfinalist.
We're excited to announce the official trailer has landed for Australian political thriller feature film and series, Event Zero from Deadrock Films, Rockzeline and Black Pills, supported by Screen Australia.

We're thrilled to be co-developing a new children's comedy series with our excellent producer pal Michael de Robbio at Pickle Pictures. It's currently titled Captain Cogg and will feature silliness and awesome robots. The project has received development support from the kind folks at the ABC and the Australian Children's Television Foundation. Further details at Pickle Pictures.
Event Zero will have its Australian premiere as the closing night film of the Gold Coast Film Festival on April 30 2017. We wrote Event Zero for Deadrock Films, Rockzeline and French network Black Pills. The film is directed by Enzo Tedeschi and stars Ash Ricardo (Offspring), Zoe Carides (Death in Brunswick, Janet King) and Nicholas Hope (Bad Boy Bubby, Ash vs Evil Dead). Adapted from the multi-award winning 2012 web series of the same name, Event Zero was co-financed by Screen Australia.
